About Julie

Julie Bianchi is a long-time Simcoe County resident, having grown up in Bradford, eventually settling in Barrie. Her background in theatre, and public relations led her from working in hospitality and sales to becoming a real estate professional. Julie enjoys connecting with people, to find out how she can help them navigate the real estate process and the big decisions that come along with choosing to buy or sell a home. Seeing clients through challenging or exhilarating transitions in their lives gives Julie a true sense of satisfaction.

When she was shopping for her first home in Barrie, Julie found an older home with a large lot for her two sons and her dogs. The quaint house was built in 1927, an era when finishes included ample wood trim, hardwood floors, and a cozy layout. Located within walking distance of downtown, this home has been her family’s base for the past decade. You may see Julie as she frequents downtown businesses, restaurants, the farmers’ market or Barrie’s beautiful waterfront. Her favourite activity is walking with her two weiner dogs, Nara and Huey along the boardwalk, or fishing in her boat on Kempenfelt Bay.
