Now more than ever in real estate, experience matters, and Lance has earned a proud track record over his 17 years in the industry. Since The Chilton Team was launched in 2009 with his wife and partner Anne Chilton, Lance and the Team have won the full suite of national sales awards in the Re/Max network, including the Platinum Award, Chairman’s Award and coveted Lifetime Achievement awards.
Lance also has a strong record of community involvement, contributing both funding and awareness campaigns to a range of organizations that includes The Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation, Gilda’s Club, Princess Margaret Hospital, MADD, The United Way, the AIDS Committee of Simcoe County, and the Georgian College Foundation.
Lance, Anne and their two children Ella and Thomas have called Simcoe County home since 1998.
Lance started his Real Estate career working behind the scenes, overseeing the development of the business and marketing principles that propelled The Chilton Team to national sales success.
Prior to becoming a real estate Broker, Lance had a successful two-decade career as a broadcast journalist, along the way developing the strong research and communications skills, which are so key to being an effective Realtor.
