Anne kicked off her real estate career here in 2007, and set herself the goal of achieving a national sales award within five years. She did it in just one year. Since then Anne and has recorded an unbroken string of national sales awards, with a team that has grown in size and strength to become one of the top-producing real estate sales forces in Canada, with a proven track record.
Like several other members of the Chilton Team Anne has a strong background in visual media, after more than a decade spent working in television, first for City-TV in Toronto, then CKVR in Barrie. With her husband and partner, Broker Lance Chilton, Anne found a passion for real estate that has turned into a successful and growing professional organization. Together they have developed custom marketing, tailored specifically for each and every property The Chilton Team represents. It takes extra effort and expertise to showcase your home to its fullest, and this is at the core of our business philosophy.
Lance started his Real Estate career working behind the scenes, overseeing the development of the superior custom marketing platform that has helped propel The Chilton Team to national sales success. Lance is now qualified and licensed as a Broker, and able to provide professional services in all Real Estate categories. The highest standard of client care is Lance’s daily goal.
Lance also has a strong record of community involvement, helping raise funds and awareness for a range of organizations that includes Gilda’s Club, Princess Margaret Hospital, MADD, The United Way, the AIDS Committee of Simcoe County, and the Georgian College Foundation, and the Mady Centre for the Performing Arts.
Prior to joining the team full-time, Lance had a long and successful career as a broadcast journalist, along the way developing research and communications skills that meet the highest standards, and playing a leading role in numerous award-winning programs.
Range, diversity, and dedication to high standards of service are the hallmarks of Veronika Armstrong’s three decades as a Realtor®. From rural estate properties to larger urban residential projects, Veronika has a true depth of experience in the industry.
Veronika started her career in cottage country, before moving south to the GTA in the late seventies to broaden her horizons. She launched her own project brokerage, bringing large residential subdivisions in Durham Region to market. Throughout those years she also worked with the Toronto Homebuilders Association, the Durham Real Estate Board, the Ontario Real Estate Association and RECO, the Real Estate Council of Ontario, playing a role in the development of professional standards and governance issues.
A love of country living and an ongoing interest in residential estate projects brought her to Simcoe County 1998. Veronika put her land development and construction experience to good use helping buyers with the purchasing process, as well as design, re-design and construction projects.
Fresh energy and enthusiasm, innovative marketing, and a dedication to customer service are what attracted Veronika to the Chilton Team. She provides strategic guidance to the group, and continues to use her superb knowledge of the local market, as well as her background in the areas of land, construction, planning, and design to assure Chilton Team clients receive the best information and service to make their home buying experience as efficient and pleasant as possible. Veronika is also a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
Turning a passion into a profession is that path that has led Jody Stevens to become a member of The Chilton Team. Jody arrives with a strong educational and entrepreneurial background, and firsthand experience of what young families need in a home. Many of you will remember Jody from her children’s boutique Swanky Kids in downtown Barrie. And like many on our Team, Jody also has extensive experience in communications, with a media degree and stops at CTV and Astral Media. (Yes, four of us have worked in TV!) Jody and her husband have three kids at home, and enjoy an active lifestyle, taking advantage of everything our region has to offer. She is eager to share that experience and love of family life with her clients.

It was a passion for all things “home” that drew Cheryl to a professional career in Real Estate. With a strong sales and marketing background, Cheryl has the skills and knowledge to deliver the enhanced levels of service and expertise our clients demand. We are thrilled to welcome her to The Chilton Team. Cheryl and her family have called the Barrie area home for 13 years, and hockey, skiing and golf play a central role in their family life.
Aaron Goodman joins the Chilton Team with an impressive decade-long track record as highly successful sales professional in the marine industry. Aaron prides himself on his dedication to client service, and strong referrals and repeat clients are the cornerstones of Aaron’s success.
Aaron has called Simcoe County home for almost 30 years, and looks forward to using his extensive first-hand knowledge of our area to help you and your family find your next home.
When Aaron is not at the office you will find him with his wife and daughters enjoying family time on the water, skiing in the winter and making memories with friends whenever possible.
With over 20 years in the housing industry, Valerie began her real estate career at “The Courtyards of Concorde” in Don Mills, where she grew up. Valerie was employed to assist with the marketing of the project during the pre-construction selling phase. Upon completion the project she was employed by one of Canada’s largest new home and condo developers as the marketing manager and continued in this sector for several years, after which she became involved in the real estate side of the industry, marketing and selling high end condominium projects. Valerie became a registered realtor in 2002 (and a Broker in 2007) and began selling pre-construction condominiums at various sales sites, in addition to resale properties.
She believes her success as a realtor can be attributed to the extensive knowledge and experience that she has acquired through the many real estate projects and industry professionals she’s had the opportunity of working with and learning from. As a result, her clients benefit greatly from her experience when it comes to preparing their home for sale, due to the numerous sales centres and model homes she had designed and had built, plus her understanding of construction.

As anyone who has ever bought or sold a property knows, there is a lot of paper to keep track of, and each item is important. It takes a diligent organizational mind to make sure the documentation is where it needs to be through the various stages of the transaction, and that’s one of the big reasons why we are so glad to have Susan as part of the team.
With more than a decade of experience on the customer service side of real estate, Susan not only has expertise in the important organizational protocols, she also understands how stressful the process can be. Susan’s empathy for the ‘people’ part of the profession is key to our success. Susan takes it as a point of personal pride to deal honestly, fairly, and promptly with all client needs.
Her work with us is best described as “keeping order in potential chaos and maintaining a supportive and positive outlook”.

Michelle joined The Chilton Team in September 2010 after spending more than 20 years in radio and television journalism. She has worked in newsrooms big and small in Alberta and Ontario, and has honed her skills working as a reporter, promotions director, and news producer.
Michelle uses her passion for writing and creative outlook to put our listings in their best light in all of our marketing materials in print and online. She also actively seeks out editorial opportunities to help bring even more exposure to our business and client listings.
When she’s not glued to a computer screen and keyboard, Michelle loves to travel near and far, golf, and enjoy life with her husband and daughter.
Graphic & Web Designer
In 2009, Amylyn graduated from Georgian College with a certificate in Art & Design Fundamentals and a diploma Graphic Design Production.
In 2013, she went on to graduated from Georgian College again with a diploma Web Animation & Design. And not to brag, but she got Dean's List the whole way through and won 2 awards in the Scholarship show. This is also when she started her own freelancing business in the Chilton Team office, where she can work with others and closely with the team.
