Anne kicked off her real estate career in Simcoe County in 2006, and set herself the goal of achieving a national sales award within five years. She did it in just one year.
Since then Anne, working with her husband Lance to launch The Chilton Team, has recorded an unbroken string of national sales awards, and a proven track record.
As it turns out real estate is in Anne’s genes. Her mother Elziabeth was for many years a successful Realtor in Burlington. Kitchen table talk about the business was Anne’s earliest training
Anne also has a strong background in visual media, after more than a decade spent working in television, first for City-TV in Toronto, then CKVR in Barrie. With her husband and partner, Broker Lance Chilton, Anne found a passion for real estate that has blossomed into a successful professional organization.

Lance, Anne and their two children Ella and Thomas have called Simcoe County home since 1998.
